Delivery and installation are not included in product prices unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery costs are quoted separately and depend on location and order size.
Meacon Funeral Equipment will not be liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timeframes commence from the date of full payment received.
4. Collection
Customers are welcome to collect orders once notified that goods are ready.
Proof of payment must be presented before collection.
5. Engineering and Custom Manufacturing
Engineering and custom-built products will be quoted and confirmed separately (TBC) depending on design requirements and material availability.
All customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has commenced.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before dispatch or collection, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Goods remain the property of Meacon Funeral Equipment until paid for in full.
7. Warranty and Returns
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.
Warranty terms apply according to product category and are detailed in the product’s documentation.
No returns or exchanges are accepted without prior authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meacon Funeral Equipment shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or from delivery delays beyond our control.
